Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $10.
- The shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $25.
- For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $10-$25 for shipping.
- Orders $150 and above qualify for free standard shipping to all U.S. locations.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Carriers: We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
- For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 7-14 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- KRUPT.CO is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to local laws and regulations.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
KRUPT.CO is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
